ePacific Web is a Magento professional partner now.

September 1st, 2010

Based on the following reasons, I decide to upgrade our Magento partnership to professional:

1) I have advanced my knowledge about the JQuery, Zend Framework and Magento to take on any Magento problems.
2) Instead of letting an Enterprise project manager with zero knowledge of Magento to decide the fate of my contract, I decide to skip this manager and work for my Magento Enterprise client directly.
3) We will have a strong support from Magento Inc so our customers will be 100 percent sure that we can complete their Magento project in time.

So I upgrade the Magento partnership to professional from now on.

Upgrade this site from Magento 1.3.2.4 to 1.3.3 today.
I don’t want to upgrade this site to Magento 1.4.0.1 because one of the payment method of this site is Paypal Express Checkout, but the new 1.4 version does not have it.

ePacificweb.com has been doing Magento consultant service for almost two years. Several customers came back to us for service after spending two or three months with other service firms. And they could not get the Magento website running or get the new Magento modules. The best advice we can give to them is to hire us the Magento community partner or look for magento solution (a few of them can’t deliver either) and hosting partner from www.magentocommerce.com
